Food Kraft began its journey on 1st December 2004 by Mr. Anand Heena Thakkar, armed with a Hotel Management degree from the Asia Pacific Institute of Management, University of Netherlands, and schooling from St. Xavier’s Loyola Hall – Ahmedabad and having trained from the ITC Group and had worked with Leading Chain of hotels (Holiday Inn, ITC Group, le Meridian, Sarovar Park Plaza) for almost 4 years starting from 2002.
He has also worked as a Business Development Manager with the leading chain of restaurant chain in Ahmedabad – Mazda Group – (Tomato’s, Mirch Masala, club Catering and outdoor catering) for 2 years before starting his own company of Out Door Catering by the name of “Food Kraft” on 1st December 2004. The first order that we started was for 800 pax for a pre wedding function – sangeet for the Kabra’s and then followed with many others
Food Kraft started out as a one-man outfit in 2004 – has grown to be an organization of 80 handpicked professionals working for the company which now includes brands like Pepperazzi – the multi starrer restaurant & Raisin – the gourmet European Café.
Focusing mainly in outdoor catering for weddings, pre wedding functions and many other events he also diversified in 2006 as a Kitchen consultant and the first consultancy assignment was for IIM – Ahmedabad followed with Kens Ville Golf Club in Ahmedabad and many more
Always wanting to start a restaurant business he finally started his first restaurant in August 2008 by the name of Haute Peppers in partnership for 6 months and then parted away and started his first own restaurant in April 2009 by the name of Pepperazzi which received an overwhelming response from the food loving people of Ahmedabad.
This was followed by a very contemporary and world-class café/bakery offering connoisseurs of European baking the same feeling of great coffee and fresh baking on the streets of Ahmedabad.
The next obvious step for the gastro – inclined Mr.Anand – is the second Pepperazzi & a world-class standalone banquet hall with a capacity of 800 people.
The vision of the company & Mr.Anand is to diversify & expand exponentially by opening leading restaurants, pubs, banquet halls & great accommodation offering customers quality food & service in all major cities across India and eventually moving on to the world platform.
We would also like to offer quality & affordable dining experiences in Indian cuisine across the globe in travel destinations for travel groups from India to the places they travel a lot to as well as places Indian communities are densely situated in
Brands under Food Kraft as of now is Pepperazzi – the multi starrer restaurant & Raisin – the gourmet European Café.
Upcoming brands – Pepperazzi banquets, Hadippa – the contemporary Indian speciality restaurant, & a 60’s dinner themed restaurant.
Also we are currently opening 10 – 15 more outlets of Raisin across Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Pune as of now and following the same on a franchise module spanning Pan India.

Also Mr.Anand talks to the guests personally and takes care of them even if there is the slightest uncomforting feeling in them. He along with the management tries to satisfy every whim of the guest to make sure that they achieve the culinary delight they always look forward to before coming to any of our restaurants
